When You Should Get an Attorney for Your Whiplash Settlement

Despite what you may see on late night commercial, attorneys are very expensive.  Even if an attorney has a no-win-no-charge plan, they make up for it by taking a larger portion of your overall settlement than other attorneys do.  Sometimes this can be up to forty percent of the amount that the insurance company actually pays you in settlement.  That’s a large chunk of change!  If you can eliminate attorneys sometimes you can save yourself a lot of money, however you don’t want to try to eliminate them in every case.  Read more
